Our quality inspection team will inspect each product before packaging to ensure maximum satisfaction of customer needs.
If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you can easily return or exchange it. Just follow the instructions and submit a return/exchange request on the order page, and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

If you need products of different sizes, colors, or patterns, as long as you have inventory, they can be easily replaced.
Return and Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges can be made within 15 days after the product is delivered.
Request:
1.Within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
2. Items that are unused, undamaged, and still in their original packaging.
3. The return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer themselves. The original shipping fee is non refundable (the shipping fee will depend on your location and package weight).
We do not accept items that are returned directly without our shipping address attached.
5. Please send the items back to us through the local post office instead of courier companies such as DHL, UPS, TNT, and FedEx. (If you choose the fast delivery option mentioned above, there may be import taxes and fees, and delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance procedures.)
Purchase of goods does not enjoy the right to return
-The final sold product does not have the right to return or exchange.
After submitting a return/exchange request online, you must send us an email with a picture showing the issue/defect.
We accept cancellation of orders before product shipment or production. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
